ATHLETIC BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT MIAMI
Signature Procedures
PH-1 Miami pioneered the Athletic Brazilian Butt Lift, which is a unique approach to the traditional Brazilian Butt Lift. The Athletic Brazilian Butt Lift emphasizes an athletic, toned, and fit buttock. This is the perfect procedure for patients with a smaller frame and more muscular bodies.
In order to accomplish this outcome, we pair liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back with careful placement of fat to make the buttock perkier and rounder – not necessarily bigger. The emphasis of the procedure is on the patient’s silhouette and ultimate shape of the buttocks as opposed to the size of the buttocks. Although each patient is unique, typically fat is removed from the waist and used to fill in hip dips and make the buttocks more round.
How does athletic Brazilian Butt Lift Work?
Anesthesia
To ensure your maximum comfort during the procedure, we will use anesthetics to maintain a pain-free experience. You have the option of intravenous sedation, also known as an IV, which will induce a state of numbness and drowsiness. Alternatively, we can opt for general anesthesia, leading to a managed state of unconsciousness.

Discover Our Patient Journey
I did lipo 360 and bbl with Dr Zach at PH1 Miami. I did extensive research before choosing my Plastic Surgeon. I narrowed it down to 3 doctors. Dr Zach was one (of course). I followed him for years and actually reached out to patients he had posted and tagged to learn more about their experience first hand. Every single patient was / is happy with their (slow) results. When doing this surgery it is important to know you don’t look amazing immediately. You don’t feel good immediately. It’s surgery! Your body sees surgery as an injury. You swell up. Your body will take its individual unique time to recover and fall into place after everything. You MUST follow what you are recommended to do by Dr. Zach and staff. I watched a ton of videos to know more. You can never know enough. Not even all this research prepared me for my (personal) recovery. Massages are VERY important!! So budget those in. The more the better. 10 are recommended. But definitely do more. Massages will for sure hurt because of how swollen and tender you are but they are helping with shaping and getting rid of liquid so oddly you do feel better and better after them. I would hands down recommend Dr. Zach. I did not decide to go to a random Miami plastic surgery plaza where it’s an assembly line of work. Doctor Zach is a perfectionist in his field and he sculpts you like art. I don’t know of any “botched” looking patient. He is always renovating his methods. My incisions were in a place you barely saw right after I healed and today I don’t see them at all. The staff at PH1 were very informative and patient when talking to me. When I went for my post op the day after, you really need some extra niceness and they were there for that. I love how I am looking. I am 3 months post op. Thank you for this new journey Dr Zach et al.
